Compressor Sound Insulation

Compressor is a compression machine used for different purposes. In general, these machines, which compress the air from outside and transmit it with high pressure, are used in different areas of the industry. Such machines are characterized by loud operation and therefore must be isolated. Compressor sound insulation is an application made to eliminate the noise from these machines that emit excessive noise and negatively affect people. When the engine room is effectively insulated against sound by using suitable insulation materials, the sound in the indoor environment is prevented from spreading to the outside.

Generator and "Blower" Noise Isolation

Just like compressors, generators and 'blowers' also have the feature of sound operation. From the moment they are installed, sound insulation application should be made in the environment where these machines are located. Otherwise, this loud noise during operation affects people negatively. People who are constantly exposed to this sound may experience discomfort such as headache and stress, hearing loss, irritability, tension and insomnia. Although these machines are machines that serve people to live in better conditions, it is obvious that they are risky for human health. For this reason, sound insulation should be done in the machine rooms.

Precautions Against Compressor, Generator and Blower Noise

Machinery such as compressor, generator, blower and fan should be installed in a machine room away from people's working environment. These rooms should be covered with suitable insulation materials to neutralize the operating noise. Special materials with high sound absorption and low sound permeability used in insulation will prevent the spread of sound to a great extent.
